Well, you’re here… Which means you’re very interested in registering your school to attend one of our six (6) in-person events scheduled for 2024. We are proud to offer these opportunities to your school and as a gesture of good will we will be absorbing the increase in our operational costs without any increases in registration fees.

Highlights 2023 In-person Events

  • 1069 children attended our three Expos and one Pop-up with their families
  • Almost a complete 50/50 of boys v girls
  • 78% were first time visitors to one of our events
  • 52% of visitors DID NOT attend boarding school (therefore no affiliation with any school – the regions are changing)

Our Exit Surveys continue to highlight how important the Boarding Schools Expos are for rural and regional families. The data shows that after attending an Expo, around 80% of families are considering schools they hadn’t previously considered, and with over half of visitors not educated at boarding school it’s clear that every school in the room has an opportunity to engage with families. We know that the numbers show beyond doubt that schools attendance and responsiveness to the needs of families plays a major role.

Our Shortlist Feature (launched end of April 2023) has been a successful addition to our platform with 100% of our Exhibiting & Premium Listed schools ‘shortlisted’ a combined total of 772 times

Our website stats are exciting (almost double year on year) :

  • 460,681 page views
  • 157,683 visitor sessions
  • 130,831 unique visitors
  • 82.8% first time visitors

Bookings are on a first come-first serve basis. Avoid disappointment by booking early. All Expos are open to all boarding schools – for our WA and Tasmanian schools please consider our Boarding Expo 365.

To qualify for Early Bird Registration for the following Expos a non refundable 50% deposit per Expo per school is required by Wednesday 8 November 2023 (or by arrangement).

Upon receipt of your registration an invoice will be emailed to you for the deposit within 7 working days. The balance will be invoiced May 2024. Additional catering and equipment storage will be invoiced separately.

For Mount Isa, to qualify for Early Registration a 25% deposit is required by 8 November 2023, another 25% is due May 2024 and the final payment due October 2024

Payment

A non refundable 50% deposit per event per school is required by Wednesday 8 November 2023 (or by arrangement). The balance will be due by 24 May 2024.

For Mount Isa bookings, to qualify for Early Registration a 25% deposit is required by 8 November 2023, another 25% is due May 2024 and the final payment due October 2024.

By accepting the terms and conditions you acknowledge the registration terms including the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy
No refund will be given for a cancellation except where the Expo has to be cancelled by the organiser (e.g. due to being undersubscribed by exhibitors), in which case the full deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee per school.
